I don't support the Ordain Women's movement, but I have seen many of the women who have been on the receiving end of unnecessary and often cruel backlash. Thank you for your thoughtfulness in addressing the issue :) Many of these women are seeking ways to better affiliate themselves with the church since they don't feel they belong. The time honored myth that motherhood is the opposite of the priesthood has led many women without children to feel left out. That isn't the doctrine though. Womanhood in the church has a specific set of responsibilities from which none of us are excluded. Men who hold the priesthood have their own responsibilities. Sometimes the negative feelings these sisters have experienced have been caused because of mistakes made by local leaders, but I think it is mostly the inner self-critical narrative that gives them the feeling they don't "fit in". That is something we each struggle with in our own ways. I am grateful that I have always felt loved and respected even if there were times I didn't 'fit in'.
